Night Shift Online (Anomaly) is a multiplayer survival horror game that turns an ordinary animal hospital into a dangerous place after dark. You and other players take on different hospital roles, care for incoming animals, and investigate strange anomalies hiding among seemingly normal patients. What begins as a routine night shift can quickly become a fight for survival.

Gameplay of Night Shift Online (Anomaly) combines hospital tasks with anomaly detection and survival. During each shift, you need to interact with animals and complete your assigned duties while carefully checking for anything unusual. Some patients may look completely harmless but contain hidden anomalies that can transform a routine examination into a dangerous encounter.
Special equipment is essential for identifying these threats. Photo cameras, security cameras, and other tools allow you to examine patients and monitor different areas of the hospital. Careful observation is important because an anomaly may not be obvious at first glance. Once a threat reveals itself, you may need to switch from hospital duties to survival mode and defend yourself against hostile creatures.
